Top Cryptocurrency Analyst Charged For Photoshopping Crypto Trade Screenshots
A famous crypto market analyst has been charged for photoshopping the screenshots of his trading to give the impression of more successful trades. With 63,000 followers, Jacob Canfield, the self-proclaimed “#1 cryptocurrency analyst” posted the fake screenshots of trading.
One of the twitter users, named “King” has shared the screenshots which show that Canfield has manipulated trading images.
Jacob Canfield has responded to these allegations and publicly admitted that he had photoshopped some trades with an intention “to make them look better.” However, he stated that images have been deleted and will never again do the same.
However, a Twitter user, “King” posted the Canfield trades screenshot where he had made changes of his returns from 7 Bitcoins to 15.59 BTC. The changes were made on the day when he had promised not to repeat it.
In the post, King has also added the screenshots of a conversation between Canfield and King, where Canfield agrees of altering the 7 BTC profit to 15.59 BTC. King also claims that he has evidence of more than 10 screenshots.
The drama has escalated over the past 24 hours, with King offering not to contact the United States Securities and Exchange Commission in exchange for Canfield dissolving his premium subscription group, Signal Profits.
King published the further conversion between himself and the trader, where Canfield is trying to accuse King of attempting to blackmail him. King stated that he is open to considering an alternative to his offer of Canfield deleting his group.
