Lark Davis Expects Crypto Market Will Be Bullish In 2022
The ongoing Crypto market correction and consolidation make investors anxious about the next move in the Crypto industry.
According to Crypto analyst Lark Davis, the Cryptocurrency market could continue a bull run into 2022 for a long duration, and he shared the reasons behind it.

1. Approval of Spot Bitcoin ETF
The US SEC is likely to approve a spot Bitcoin ETF due to the pressure. Also, some former lawmakers slam regulators for their indecision and claim that funds are moving out to foreign countries. Lark Davis believes that the US will approve a spot Bitcoin ETF in 2022, and the Crypto market bull run will continue until then.
2. Emerging Gaming And Metaverse Space
Metaverse and Gaming are rising day by day, and both are the biggest industries for the next decade. Projects operating in this space will witness a mass adoption.
3. Growth Of Ethereum Competitors
Competitors of Ethereum, such as Cardano (ADA) and Polkadot (DOT), are coming up with solutions to deal with the market needs and becoming the market leaders. Additionally, projects like Avalanche, Solana, Polygon, and ETH L2 are growing day by day.
4. Long Bull Run Cycles
Lark Davis claims that bull run cycles are getting longer as the market matures and inflows of institutional money. He believes that this bull run cycle could last long in 2022.
5. NFT Market Getting Bigger
This year, the non-fungible tokens (NFTs) have gained a lot of public and institutional interest and will continue in 2022. Many big brands have explored the NFTs, and analysts believe that they could be the first access point for people to get into the Crypto space.
6. Upgrade of Ethereum Network
The Ethereum network is growing with Proof-of-Work (PoW) and Proof-of-Stake (PoS). All the major upgrades will be completed by mid-2022. Also, the updates such as limited sharding rollout and the triple halving will boost the transactions by 3-4 times on the Ethereum Blockchain.

According to Davis, the inflow of institutional money into the Crypto will continue as the firms have realized Crypto as the best tech investment.
