Ethereum Whales Are Accumulating These Six Altcoins
As per two on-chain analytical trackers, the number of Ethereum whales is expanding, and they are investing in a variety of Altcoin projects.
According to Santiment's study, there is a massive increase in Ethereum ownership among the world’s wealthiest Crypto wallets. Ethereum holders with more than 10,000 ETH hits a new high since December last year.
Santiment believes that whale accumulation is a sign of a future price surge.
It claims that there is a link between the number of whale addresses and price changes in the future.
Additionally, transaction-tracking bot, WhaleStats’ reported in the last week, Ethereum was one of the popular Cryptocurrencies among whales, with an average buy-in of 1,919 ETH tokens worth $6,230,754.
Here are the top Cryptos that whales have accumulated.
1. A play-to-earn blockchain gaming platform, Gala Games (GALA), saw an average of 1,032,251 GALA tokens purchased for $276,738.
2. Project of the bored Ape Yacht Club, ApeCoin (APE), recorded an average buy of 20,055 APE for $270,193.
3. Whales purchased 72,756 Sandbox (SAND) for $251,123.
4. Decentralized exchange Serum (SRM) was bought for $246,704 (81,210 SRM tokens).
5. Solution for scaling on the second layer Polygon (MATIC) saw 96,931 MATIC sold on average for $160,244.
6. Whales bought 855 Aave (AAVE), a decentralised lending and borrowing technology, each for $148,507.
