Anonymous Group Of Bitcoiners Are Trying To Make Coronavirus Vaccines
An anonymous group of bitcoin users is trying to create their own DIY vaccine for the coronavirus. They have declared themselves as “collective of biohackers” and been termed as CoroHope. The team is engaged in research on cracking down the vaccine for the Coronavirus.
The group has stated that they have biologists working for them for a long time and involved in manufacturing vaccines. Although there is not any data that proves the identities and qualifications of a person or a group member associated with the project. At the same time, the cryptocurrency market has been massively hit by Coronavirus.
The group is in the process of collecting donations via cryptocurrency. The group aims to create a plasmid DNA Coronavirus vaccine, which is approved for animal use only. However, the group is not authorized by the FDA so there will be no academia, pharmaceuticals, or government regulator involvement.
According to the CoroHope group, there is no other way without millions of dollars that they could get government clearance for their clinical trial and that is the reason why the effectiveness of their Coronavirus vaccine would remain a mystery for an unknown period.
As of now, only one person has been identified named Bryan Bishop and he has also quit the project after joining for a couple of days as per reports. The group thinks that the medical community may not accept their vaccine.
The group needs to have $10,000 for research purposes and to synthesize a plasmid, and then it will be provided to laboratories that are ready to investigate it.
