Popular Analyst Highlights Two DeFi Tokens With Good Opportunities
According to a popular crypto analyst, Altcoin Sherpa highlights the potential trading opportunities for two decentralized finance (DeFi) projects, Aave and Compound. Both of these coins have managed to hold their positions throughout the bear market.
According to him, Aave’s governance token $AAVE is “going to be an absolute steal” at current prices.
The reason behind this prediction is that most token emissions are being done which means there’s “not much more sell pressure relatively.” Aave has maintained a significant total value locked (TVL) of $5 billion, making it the fifth-largest DeFi project on the Ethereum network.
Aave has a long history of being battle tested but still, it is one of the blue-chip DeFi tokens. Currently, it is trading at $91 per coin, up from a low under the $50 mark seen earlier this year.
Investors are taking interest in DeFi sectors as it managed to attract billions of dollars leading to increase activity.
Analysts also highlight another project Compound Finance. According to him, it is offering good opportunities for active traders. The project has witnessed “several bear market rallies.”
