Fidelity's Bitcoin ETF Leads $433M Surge Amid Bitcoin's Price Rally Above $80K
In a remarkable turn of events, U.S. crypto ETFs witnessed a substantial influx of $433.03 million, primarily fueled by Fidelity's Bitcoin ETF, FBTC, which alone accounted for $310.72 million of this surge. This resurgence in demand comes as Bitcoin's price climbs back above the $80,000 mark, reigniting interest among institutional investors.
The broader crypto market also saw significant activity, with Ether, Solana, and Zcash ETFs attracting fresh capital. Ether ETFs recorded net inflows of $143.80 million, led by Blackrock’s ETHA with $114.32 million. Solana ETFs, particularly Bitwise’s BSOL, brought in $47.62 million, showcasing a diverse interest across various digital assets.
Despite the overall positive sentiment, XRP ETFs faced a slight outflow, indicating mixed reactions within the market. However, the overall trading value surged to $4.67 billion, pushing the net assets of Bitcoin ETFs to over $102.53 billion.
