Evernorth Launches on Nasdaq, Offering Investors Unique XRP Exposure with 473 Million Tokens
Evernorth Holdings Inc. has officially merged and is set to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol XRPN, providing investors with an opportunity to engage with an actively managed XRP treasury. This significant move comes as Evernorth holds approximately 473 million XRP and has raised around $300 million in gross cash proceeds.
Trading is anticipated to commence on October 12, following a slight administrative delay. The merger, completed on October 9, involved Evernorth and Armada Acquisition Corp. II, a special purpose acquisition company aimed at bringing innovative businesses to the public market.
Asheesh Birla, the CEO of Evernorth, expressed the company's commitment to deploying capital across the XRP ecosystem, enhancing the utility of XRP, and pursuing strategies to increase the value of XRP per share over time. This approach aligns with Evernorth’s goal of supporting various financial applications within the blockchain space.
The launch week will also feature a unique celebration in Times Square, coinciding with the closing-bell ceremony on October 14. This event will highlight the Bearchamp initiative, showcasing a boxing bear character created by artist JC Rivera, symbolizing resilience within the XRP community.
Evernorth's strategic partnerships with notable investors, including Arrington Capital and SBI Group, further bolster its mission to expand the XRP economy. The company plans to explore decentralized finance opportunities and tokenized assets, aiming to enhance the overall value proposition for XRP holders.
