Blockchain Is The Solution To Protect Schools In Nigeria
An Islamist militant group in Nigeria called Boko Haram has accepted that they were responsible for 300 school kids kidnapping. The kidnapped school children were from the school in the north-western Nigerian state of Katsina. The kidnapping was held in past 2014 and Boko Haram was responsible for taking children from Chibok.
There are many activists in the country who are pointing out President Muhammadu Buhari for not taking care of security matters and ensuring kids’ safety.
In order to support remote learning, over 20,000 children in Nigeria received free phones with apps that contain the necessary lessons. If one wants to ensure productive learning from home, blockchain technology could be the best solution and it will also protect school kids from abduction threats.
Through blockchain technology, online learning can be secure and prosperous and it is well suited for remote learning because it can protect information.
It is very important to protect the information about kids in Nigeria and should be spent on the right people. Using blockchain technology, every piece of information is stored in blocks that have a specific mission and can only be accessed by the recipient that is meant to receive it.
Blockchain is the perfect solution for Nigerian schools. For blockchain to be accessible companies, groups and locals will have to take matters into their own hands and start their online schools. With blockchain, teachers can volunteer their services to school via sending their intellectual property securely.
It not only helps educators but also protects the details of endangered Nigerian schools and secure them from the grasp of Boko Haram.
