BMW To Offer Blockchain Based Token Rewards Platform
The world-famous cars and bike producer BMW will launch a reward system for its South Korea Branch and name it as“BMW Vantage.” This platform will be based on blockchain.
The aim of this reward program is to motivate the customers of BMW to use the products and services of the firm while they will get a reward in return for their patronage. The rewards include discount offers or the ability to pay for the company’s product using the BMW Vantage token.
The Korean branch of BMW stated that the BMW Vantage system would reward new customers especially first-time buyers with points ranging from 300,000 to 900,000 based on the kind of cars or products that they purchase.
Clients who purchase their latest series model luxury cars can have as much as 900,000 points and the one who buys current cars can only have as much as 600,000 points.
The second-time buyer or used car buyer of BMW will also get benefits of incentives from the carmaker as they are also qualified for the reward which is based on the current market value of the car they have purchased.
Customers who have Vantage points can get a cut off for maintaining the cars and other services being offered by BMW and its partners. Customers with high-tier will also be invited for occasions being organized by the brand.
Currently, BMW token will only be available for South Korea but it plans to bring it for all the clients around the world.
