According to The Wall Street Journal (WSJ), the family of a deceased man is suing his former business partner for control of their partnership’s assets.
A trial in Florida could unmask the identity of Satoshi Nakamoto, the creator of Bitcoin. The family claimed that Kleiman and his partner, Craig Wright both made up the pseudonymous Satoshi Nakamoto and that as such, the family is entitled to half of the fortune.
Satoshi Nakamoto’s identity is a big mystery for years, with people unaware if it was one person or group.
According to the report, Craig Wright has long said that he was the creator of Bitcoin while the community denied his claim. The family of a deceased man said that Wright and Kleiman mined over 1 million Bitcoins, and they also have evidence.
“We consider the proof will present there was a partnership to create and mine over a million bitcoin,” said Vel Freedman, a lawyer for the Kleiman household.
The evidence will be proof exhibiting that the 2 had been concerned in Bitcoin since its inception and labored collectively.
