Cruise Ship 'Satoshi' To Become A Hub For Crypto Companies
The cruise ship ‘Satoshi’ named after the creator of bitcoin was built by P&O Cruises Australia. This giant cruise ship will now be the meetinghouse for digital nomads and crypto companies.
The ship was built in 1991 and was named “Pacific Dawn.” The new information states that ‘Satoshi’ will now float with a thrilling and suitable purpose. Ocean Builders known for constructing floating houses aims to build a place to live in the sea. The new place will become a hub for digital nomads and entrepreneurs.
The crypto corporations who want to check their technologies or inventions have the opportunity on this ship. The COO of Ocean Builders, Chad Elwartowski, is a Bitcoin entrepreneur and a major financier in this project. Elwartowski’s aim to build a technology center in Panama. The main goal of this project is to make a way of living at sea that is sustainable, besides drawing new frontiers.
The cruise will offer residential vacation rentals to incorporate environments for technological investigation and workplace spaces. The Satoshi cruise will also have cafes, gyms, bars, night-clubs, and salons. The companies who want to work and live abroad will have commercial spaces.
The Cruise ship is expected to sail in the Mediterranean Sea on November 4th, 2020. The ship is operated by Columbia Cruise Services and the name Satoshi is given to honor Bitcoin’s creator.
The auction for cabins to residents and clients of the Satoshi cruise ship will begin from November 5th to the 28th. 200 cabins will be auction out of 777 in total and families will be given rooms with ocean views or balconies. The clients will have full possession of their cabin, where they will pay a monthly cost to cover their additional expenses.
