The key ingredient for any field to prosper is to have the right people coming from any background, also its a world of equal opportunities and being appreciated. Even though the space of cryptocurrency and blockchain is a little dominated by men however there are a number of women heading in while playing a considerate role, inspiring everyone and making a mark. It can be rightly said that women have been an equal part of the industry and are involved while playing an active role in many sectors such as in leading projects or are founders of many known streams like the ICOs, blockchain development firms, cryptocurrency platform and many more.

Amber Baldet is the Co-founder and CEO of Clovyr, a blockchain startup. She’s the former Blockchain Program Lead at the J.P. Morgan, also the working group of the financial industry of the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance and also the Board Member at ZCash Foundation. She is said to be the leading voice on the blockchain technology’s practical application in financial technology and related.

3. Galia Benartzi
Galia Benartzia is a graduate from John Hopkins University and a professional in the field of Economic and Business. She has vast experience in FinTech and entrepreneurship. She is the Co-founder and Head of Business Development for Bancor which is an innovative firm that for the creation of smart contracts made a decentralized liquidity network. Her firm had also raised $153 million for ICO in funding and been one of the highest to do it.
