We are hiring a Token Markets Analyst to track token markets and support trading and investment decisions with clear, timely research. You turn market data, on-chain activity, and project basics into short notes the desk can use.What you’ll do Monitor prices, volume, and liquidity for assigned tokens and sectors Track listings, unlocks, governance votes, and other events that can move markets Draft daily or weekly summaries for traders and portfolio teams Flag unusual on-chain flow, whale moves, or liquidity gaps Maintain simple dashboards or spreadsheets (volume, spreads, dominance) Support ad-hoc requests: “what changed on token X since yesterday?” Keep a tidy archive of notes, links, and data sources for the team What we’re looking for 1–2+ years in crypto research, trading support, or market analysis Comfortable reading charts, order books, and basic on-chain explorers Clear short-form writing in English Structured approach: sources cited, assumptions stated Interest in tokenomics, sectors (DeFi, L1/L2, gaming, etc.), and market structure Nice to have Dune, Nansen, Glassnode, or similar; basic SQL/Python for pulls Experience preparing memos for traders or fund teams Compensation$150,000–$200,000 per year, depending on experience and location (details discussed at interview) When applying, mention the word CANDYSHOP to show you read the job post completely.
