About the RolePlayson, a leading provider of innovative gaming solutions, is seeking an Account Manager to join our Commercial department.As an integral part of our Account Management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, fostering client relationships, and ensuring the success of our gaming portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, fostering strong and lasting relationshipsAssume full commercial responsibility for customer accounts, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and objectivesDevelop and implement strategic account plans to drive business objectives and maximise customer satisfactionServe as a trusted advisor to clients, optimising their operations with our gaming solutions and promotional offeringsCoordinate the timely delivery of gaming solutions based on customer needs and objectivesTrack and report monthly revenue performance, providing clear insights into customer activities and achievementsCultivate and maintain strong customer relationships across all levelsRepresent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and seminarsUphold and promote the company's core values at all timesRequirementsMinimum of 1-2 years of proven account management experience within the iGaming sectorProficiency in English.
