Japan cryptocurrency exchange, Bitpoint, has announced that they will reimburse 50,000 users who lost their funds in the recent hack. The exchange lost nearly 3.02 billion yen of virtual currency and 2.06 billion yen belongs to customers, while the remainder is owned by the company. The exchange assured its customers that they will get their funds, once its service is restored. Bitpoint president, Genki Oda apologies for the incident and added that they are investigating the reason behind the hack.
