Encrypted messaging app Signal, launched nearly seven years ago, has begun testing a new payments feature that will allow its users to send cryptocurrency to other users privately. To do so, Signal is integrating support for MobileCoin, a form of digital cash designed to work efficiently on mobile devices while protecting users' privacy and offers high-speed transactions.
