The prominent FTX crypto exchange was founded by Sam Bankman-Fried. He sent a famous tweet in January promising to buy out an investor's stake in Solana for $3. In the crypto community, the tweet has now become legendary. As the price of Solana approached $170, Bloomberg journalist Joe Weisenthal revived it this week. SOL hit a high of above $200 per coin earlier this week.
