The deputy finance minister of Turkey says a draft bill for regulating cryptocurrency will be submitted to parliament in October. The bill will outlines the different types of virtual currencies and principles for their issuance and distribution. Turkey’s Capital Markets Commission will supervise companies dealing with digital assets and will introduce minimum capital requirements. The country may have stricter regulations than Western Europe and the U.S.
