Kyle Davies, co-founder of the defunct cryptocurrency hedge fund Three Arrows Capital (3AC), has reportedly been spotted in Bali, Indonesia. The sighting comes amid ongoing bankruptcy proceedings against 3AC and a recent court order that committed both Davies and his 3AC co-founder Su Zhu to prison for failing to cooperate with investigations. Davies was reportedly seen at a cafe in Canggu, Bali, on November 8, 2023. A witness claims that Davies looked "alive, well, and happy" and attempted to conceal his identity once he suspected he may have been recognized. Su Zhu was arrested in Singapore on September 29, 2023, as he attempted to flee the country. Davies is reportedly still at large, but his recent sighting in Bali suggests that he may be evading authorities.
