Japanese tech giant Sony makes a new move in the Metaverse space. Sony has introduced a set of wearable motion trackers for bringing users into the Metaverse on their smartphones. These motion trackers work with both Android phones and Apple iPhones. The Mocopi system includes six pucks worn around the users’ ankles, wrists, head, and hips. These sensors will work to animate avatars inside Sony’s Metaverse apps on Android and iOS.
