The Worldcoin Foundation has decided to switch its Orb rewards plan from USDC stablecoins to its own WLD tokens. The Foundation believes that this switch will help to increase the adoption of WLD and boost its overall supply. Under the new Orb rewards plan, Orb operators will earn WLD tokens instead of USDC for scanning people's irises and adding them to the Worldcoin network. The Foundation believes that this switch will incentivize more people to become Orb operators and help to grow the Worldcoin network. The Foundation also believes that switching to WLD rewards will help to boost the overall supply of WLD tokens.
