The United States Securities and Exchange Commission has passed an order for BitClave firm to return $25.5 million to investors.On 28th May, the SEC has announced charges against California-based cryptocurrency startup, BitClave. The firm was found guilty for selling unregistered securities in its initial coin offering. BitClave accepted the judgment and was ready to pay disgorgement of $25,500,000, prejudgment interest of $3,444,197, and a penalty of $400,000.
