The crypto user base of California-based broker Robinhood has reached an all-time high of 9.5 million. In the first two months of 2021, the company added six million new users to its cryptocurrency network. The stock brokerage was estimated at $11.2 billion when it raised $200 million in its most recent funding round in August. In 2018, Robinhood started to accept cryptocurrencies on its website. It now accepts Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin, and Ripple, among other cryptocurrencies.
