In the SEC complaint, Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse authorised access to Binance's documents. The SEC is suing the fintech company for allegedly selling more than 357 million XRP tokens to investors "all over the world" on crypto trading platforms. Ripple and Larsen filed a motion in June asking international authorities to request documents from Bitstamp, Huobi, and Upbit, among other non-US crypto exchanges.
