Christopher Naples, an IT Supervisor for Suffolk County in New York, might face jail time for upto 15 years for mining Bitcoin in his office. As per the reports, Naples had introduced 46 mining machines, hiding them underneath floorboards. Furthermore, 10 of these rigs had been installed since February, consuming more than $6,000 worth of energy. Naples is now facing charges of public corruption, grand larceny, computer trespass, and official misconduct.
