MicroStrategy is raising $584 million through a convertible note offering to buy more Bitcoin. The company, led by Bitcoin advocate Michael Saylor, continues its aggressive accumulation strategy, reinforcing its belief in Bitcoin as a superior store of value. The notes, set to mature in 2031, will offer investors an option to convert them into shares. MicroStrategy already holds over 190,000 BTC and remains the largest corporate Bitcoin holder. This move aligns with its long-term strategy of leveraging debt to acquire more Bitcoin, further cementing its position as a major institutional player in the crypto space.
