The cryptocurrency exchange Bitget appointed Gracy Chen as its new CEO on May 21, succeeding Sandra Lou. Chen, who brings extensive leadership experience, becomes the only female CEO of a top crypto exchange, aiming to challenge the male-dominated industry. Bitget, with 25 million users and a global presence in over 100 countries, ranks among the top five futures trading and top ten spot trading platforms. Chen's priorities include regulatory compliance, growth in emerging markets, and women-focused initiatives like the $10 million #Blockchain4Her project, which aims to empower and educate women in the blockchain space through tailored programs and mentorship.
