Grayscale is seeking an SEC meeting to discuss its Bitcoin ETF conversion following a court ruling in its favor. The move aims to expedite regulatory clarity for investors. Grayscale, the asset management firm, sent a letter to request for a meeting with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to discuss the conversion of its flagship Bitcoin fund into a spot exchange-traded fund (ETF). This move comes in response to a recent court ruling that favored Grayscale's application to transform its Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) into a spot Bitcoin ETF.
