According to reports, Goldman Sachs has listed Bitcoin as the leading asset based on year-to-date (YTD) performance. The cryptocurrency also holds the top spot on the bank's list of assets with the highest risk-adjusted return, surpassing gold, real estate, the S&P 500, and the Nasdaq 100. However, Goldman Sachs stated in December that gold is more suitable as a "portfolio diversifier" compared to Bitcoin, as it is less likely to be affected by tighter financial conditions.
