Finder, an Australian fintech company, is exiting the crypto market by closing its trading platform, Wallet Ventures, on June 19, 2025. The Wallet tab will be removed from the Finder app. To ensure user continuity, Finder partnered with Australian crypto exchange Swyftx to help users migrate their digital assets. Wallet Ventures supported 18 cryptocurrencies but faced regulatory pressure, including a legal dispute with ASIC over its Earn product, which Finder won. Despite the victory, the company opted to streamline operations. Eligible users will receive instructions via email to transfer their holdings to Swyftx, which supports over 440 cryptocurrencies and offers 24/7 support.
