FTX, a bankrupt crypto exchange, has filed a lawsuit against Bybit, another crypto exchange, in Delaware court. The lawsuit alleges that Bybit's investment arm, Mirana Corp., withdrew $327 million in assets from FTX just before it paused withdrawals in November 2022. FTX is seeking to recover the $327 million in assets and damages for the harm Bybit caused to FTX and its customers. The lawsuit comes at a time when the crypto industry is still reeling from the collapse of FTX. FTX was one of the largest crypto exchanges in the world, and its bankruptcy has left many investors and customers out of pocket.
