From the past six weeks, the number of addresses active on the Bitcoin network has crashed to 60% i.e. 1.3 million to roughly 500,000. Ethereum has overtaken Bitcoin in terms of active addresses. The Ethereum network hosted 200,000 more active wallets than Bitcoin on July 27. This is the third time in a month where Ethereum has shadowed Bitcoin. Back in 2017, Ethereum was leading the position.
