Cream Finance, a DeFi lending platform, claimed that it has lost millions of dollars in Amp tokens (AMP) and Ethereum in a recent flash loan attack. Hackers took use of reentrancy flaw to re-borrow assets throughout the transfer process before updating the first borrow and walked away with 5,980 Ethereum, which was valued around $18.8 million at the time. PeckShield, a blockchain security firm, is investigating the incident.
