Abra, a cryptocurrency platform, has reached a settlement with several U.S. states for operating without proper licenses. The settlement includes allowing customers to withdraw their funds. Abra, which held around $13.6 million worth of cryptocurrencies for 12,000 customers, agreed to send checks or secure bank instruments to clients with holdings of $10 or more. This resolution followed regulatory actions and a cease and desist order from the Texas State Securities Board, which accused Abra of misleading investment offers.
