Cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase has restored some of its services following an outage that disrupted trading on its website and mobile app. The exchange announced in a post on May 14 that it has recovered "some services," but noted that customers "may still be encountering connectivity problems." The update came two hours after Coinbase initially reported a "system-wide outage" and assured customers of an active investigation. The exchange first encountered the problem on May 13 A notification on its status page mentioned that some users "may experience failures when sending funds," without providing further details.
