Federico Murrone, a co-founder of Xapo, has received approval from Liechtenstein's financial regulator for his new business Lirium. The company wants to make it easier for banks, fintechs, and marketplaces around the world to integrate crypto services. It's believed that Lirum's regulated backend solution will remove barriers for neobanks, banks, and marketplaces who want to allow their customers to buy, sell, send, and safely store cryptocurrency.
