Chainlink Staking v0.2 is a major upgrade to the Chainlink Staking platform that introduces a number of new features and improvements, including expanded pool size, unbonding mechanism, and liquid rewards. These upgrades make Chainlink Staking more flexible, secure, and accessible to a wider range of participants, which is a significant step forward for the Chainlink ecosystem. The expanded pool size makes staking more accessible to a wider range of participants by increasing the total pool size from 25 million LINK to 45 million LINK. The unbinding mechanism allows stalkers to unbound their LINK tokens at any time, with a 7-day unbinding period. This gives stalkers more flexibility and control over their staked tokens.
