Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, has announced the appointment of Kyrylo Khomiakov as its new regional head for Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Khomiakov has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, including roles at Barclays Capital and Morgan Stanley. He has also worked as a consultant for the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund. In his new role at Binance, Khomiakov will be responsible for leading the company's growth and expansion in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. He will also work to develop relationships with regulators and government officials in the region.
