Alameda Research, a troubled crypto investment firm, has taken legal action against bankrupt crypto lender Voyager Digital, seeking to recover loan repayments made to FTX before it went bankrupt in November. The FTX and Alameda, bankruptcy case lawyers, filed a $445.8 million lawsuit against Voyager in a Delaware court on Jan. 30th. FTX and Alameda both declared bankruptcy in 2022, but Voyager's bankruptcy filing was made earlier in July. After its Chapter 11 filing, Voyager asked to repay all outstanding loans to FTX and Alameda Research.
