Sekisui is the biggest home builder in Japan that is employing blockchain technology. It enables the blockchain home builders arena intending to move towards the one-stop leases for the rental properties.
Sekisui is the well-known homebuilder in Japan and the firm is trying to bring its contracts on various rental houses to be on the blockchain.
As per the announcement made on the company’s official website, the company will utilize blockchain for the contracts of rental housing and it also covers the gas and electricity. These measures will be implemented before March next year and it will bring the new era of blockchain for home builders.
Without involving any third person or real estate agent, users staying in the “Shamaison” rental houses can register their cellphone numbers and their addresses. The blockchain technology for home builders allows the clients of Sekisui House to open and shut doors with their phones.
There are many home builders in various countries who are trying to register their contracts on the blockchain, whereas, big firms are empowering SMEs through the same. Back in 2019, in Malta, the authorities were demanding the contracts to be registered on the blockchain that will secure them from getting tampered and to ensure the authorized access.
