NEO is a platform wherein users can trade and issue assets. It has been rebranded from the ‘Antshares.’ NEO tokenized the proofs of ownership of an asset but not the asset itself, that takes into account all the legal complications and obligations which may come along the transfer of assets, shares, and equity.

NEO platform represents an ownership that allows users to buy NEO (ANC) and to vote on the protocol changes on the blockchain of NEO. ANS is 100% pre-mined and is issued on the NEO’s genesis block.
